The BMI widget is an easy-to-implement tool that allows BMI affiliates (individuals and projects) to directly sell coverage policies and raise coverage liquidity through their own channels, all in exchange for a commission. The commission is up to 20% of the premium paid by the policyholders.
The Bridge Mutual widget is an HTML iFrame that can be embedded into any decentralized application.
The widget uses methods the SDK provides: Buy Coverage, Purchase Policy, and Get the list of active purchased policies.
Users, however, still have to visit the Bridge Mutual platform to receive interest, stake BMIxCover and claim policy. The widget has a short description and a link to the platform.
Potential partners can get a share to a referral address for each insurance policy sold within the project ecosystem via widget, given that an admin whitelists them.
Partners can choose any number of particular products (policy) to sell, given that their respective pools exist in Bridge Mutual protocol.
To embed the Bridge Mutual widget, partners must generate unique HTML with provided referral addresses and chosen policies to sell within their platform.
